To confirm your Fort Conde Inn reservations, an amount equal to a minimum of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's rate, whichever is greater, is due at the time of booking. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Policies:

  • The Fort Conde Inn is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only allowed on exterior porches and patios. The Fort Conde Inn does not allow smoking in any of our guest rooms. There is a $300 fine for smoking inside a guest room, this includes the finding of cigarette butts, ashes, and,or the odor of cigarette smoke.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one night's stay or a $50.00 rebooking fee (per room/per night), whichever is greater. Any deposits will be forfeited if the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the anticipated arrival. Deposits made for bulk rentals including weddings and special events are non-refundable.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Children under 12 are discouraged; however, special arrangements may be possible under certain circumstances. Please call to inquire first if you have a young child.
  • Check in is between 3pm - 8pm. Check-out is at 11am. Guests who require flexible check-in times can also be accommodated (Please call us with your request in advance of your arrival).
